Also you will be able to know Vinincunca, a place that dazzles by itself, and the well-known “Montaña Arcoiris” or Rainbow Mountain. The beauty of these places is due to geological formation and weathering of the relief that over the years came to light. Don’t think too much, the knowledge of a magical world awaits you.
Day 01
Cusco – Pacchanta – 7 Lagoons – Upis
A world full of adventures!
We leave Cusco city at 4 a.m. in our private transportation. We will arrive in the Pacchanta community (4100 m / 13,450 ft) to enjoy a delicious breakfast. After the meeting with the team that will accompany us during our adventure, we will start walking with a gradual ascent of three hours until we reach the classic circuit of the 7 lagoons. After visiting the place, we will walk to our lunch spot.
During all the way we will enjoy beautiful landscapes and herds of llamas and alpacas. After lunch and rest, we will continue walking for two and a half hours until we reach Upis (4,400 m / 14,435 ft). Where we will spend the first night. We will be at the foot of the Ausangate Mountain.

Day 02
Upis – Abra Arapa – Hatun Pucacocha – Puca Pass – Anantapata
The lagoons that contrast perfectly with the mountains. Awakening our adventurous spirit!
The warmth of the sunrise will be our alarm to wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast that will give us necessary energy. We will start walking to the Abra Arapa (4800 m / 15748 ft.) This lookout point will offer us the best views of Vilcanota mountain range with its majestic snow capped Ausangate. Also from here, you will see the multitude of colors between the mountains and the valley descending in front of you.
After enriching our scenic culture, we will descend for three and a half hours passing Yanacocha Lake to our lunch spot located at Hatun Pucacocha Lake (4400 m / 14436 ft.) with the best views of the turquoise lagoons that contrast perfectly with the white color of the Ausangate Mountain.
After two hours of a great ascent we will arrive at Abra Puca (4,870 m / 15,978 ft.) where the views will surprise us more for its incredible scenery. Shortly after, we will descend for an hour and a half to Anantapata (4,750 m / 15,584 ft.) where we will set up our camp.

Day 03
Anantapata – Abra Waymisaya – Rainbow Mountain – Cusco
Hike enjoying the best views of the Rainbow Mountain and the impressive Red Valley. The Colors open up to your eyes!
Today the most beautiful color mountain awaits us. We wake up very early to enjoy our breakfast and begin our gradual ascent through a picturesque path. By walking through multicolored sceneries we will feel pure energy in our bodies, that energy will give us relief to enjoy the beauty of the sunrise in the mysterious Rainbow Mountain (5,100 m / 16,732 ft.) the highest point of our hike.
We will start with our ascending tour for approximately 2 hours to Abra Warmisaya (4,985 m / 16,355 ft). From this magnificent view point you will be able to see part of the Rainbow Mountain in the distance. After taking some pictures we will descend to the Surinecocha Lagoon (4,800 m / 15,748 ft).
After a little break we will go to enjoy the Rainbow Mountain, a wonder made by mother nature.
A moment before leaving your guide will inform and explain to you about the place and the relationship of the Sacred Mountains with the Andean man. We will descend and ascend again to reach Mirador del Valle Rojo (Red Valley Viewpoint). Here the views of the perfect contrast of the reddish colors with the green of the valley are perfect.

Important information to keep in mind:
- There are unfortunate winds that can occur and are not limited to: hiking, trekking, hiking, and game viewing. Some of these activities may occur in remote and wilderness areas.
- The traveler must be aware that if he suffers any illness or injury during the Adventure, access to emergency personnel, doctors and hospitals or other treatment facilities may be limited.
- There could be long delays and a difficult and potentially painful journey to a hospital or other treatment center. These travel delays and conditions can make any illness or injury worse.
Terms and conditions of cancellation of the tour
- We are a company from Cusco, legally recognized by Peruvian law.

- Conditions for cancellations. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are free of charge.
- If the client cancels between 23 and 20 hours before the trip, he/she will have to pay 50% of the total cost of the trip.
- If the client cancels between 15 and 10 hours before the trek, he/she must pay 80% of the total cost of the trip.
- If the client cancels on the day of the trek, he/she must pay 100% of the total cost.
- If after the tour has started, a client cannot participate in the trek or tour (due to sickness, physical problems, etc.) no refund will be given.
- The customer must also pay any additional costs they incur for transportation, lodging and food.
- In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the start of the service, the client will receive a 50% refund.
- In the event of a natural disaster that requires a change in the trek route, but the trek is still completed, there will be no refund. This includes alterations to Salkantay Trek.
- In the highly unlikely event that your service is not completed due to a failure on the part of the agency you will receive a full refund (including your deposit).
- In the event of illness or injury on one of our treks or tours, we are able to provide emergency first aid and arrange transport to a suitable medical facility.
- However, we are not responsible for the cost of such transportation services or the cost of medical care.
